EBACE: Pratt & Whitney Canada Customer Service Centre Europe Signs 5-Year FMP(R) Maintenance Contract With AirMed for PT6A-Powered Aircraft

GENEVA, SWITZERLAND--(CCNMatthews - May 23, 2007) - Pratt & Whitney Canada Customer Service Centre Europe GmbH (P&WC CSC Europe), a member of the P&WC service centre network, has signed a five-year Fleet Management Program (FMP®) engine maintenance contract with Air Medical Ltd.

Under the agreement, P&WC CSC Europe will maintain PT6A engines on Air Medical Ltd.'s (AirMed) rapidly growing fleet of nine ambulance, passenger and cargo aircraft, serving Europe, Scandinavia and North Africa. AirMed is currently the largest air ambulance company in the UK.

"We're delighted that AirMed is joining our FMP program, which allows operators to manage maintenance expenses more effectively based on a guaranteed rate per operating hour," said Eva Azoulay, Director, Commercial, Service Centres, P&WC.
